APPLYING UX RESEARCH AND TECHNIQUES WITH REAL CLIENT CASE

This is my first service design project, making user research and applying UX techniques to a real client case in The Hague, Netherlands. It was emphasizing on processes and research, but we managed to include design prototype on mobile responsive web service as well.

In a team of three, David, Jennifer and I explored various creative processes together with facilitators from The Hague University of Applied Science. Every team members took part in every processes, and my role is more towards leading the flow and pace of the design process, creating moodboards for the brand's image and website, analyzing research and creating Experience map.
